Sara Engel

Sara Engel is an undergraduate student who joined the Weber lab during the Fall 2022 semester. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in the School of Letters and Science at UW-Madison. Her research in the lab has focused on studying some aspects of the parasite S. solidus’s life cycle, specifically in relation to its hatching and its interactions with its first host. When she is not in the lab or in class, she enjoys reading, baking, and seeing live music.
